Aaron Bradshaw had an up and down game against the Florida Gators that started off rough but quickly turned around in the second half.
In the first half, Bradshaw was getting pushed around, but in the second half, he decided that would no longer be the case and started to do some damage.
Bradshaw didn’t score in the first half, going 0-2 from the field, but was 3-5 in the second half, scoring ten points. He only had one board in the first half but was able to bring in six in the second.
The best sequence of the game and perhaps the season came from Bradshaw when he blocked a shot from the Florida big man with 1:45 left on the clock, which would have been a high-percentage look. After this block, the shot clock expired, and Kentucky got the basketball back with the game tied 76-76. On that possession, Bradshaw nailed a three, giving the Cats a three-point lead.
Kentucky would not have gotten the 87-85 win over Florida if it hadn’t been for Bradshaw’s late heroics.
