Report: Brian Sells and Lacy Ekert Are the Bengals’ New Executive Hires
CINCINNATI â The Bengals filled a new position and added two names to its executive roster recently.
Brian Sells has been promoted to the newly formed role of chief business officer, according to Sports Business Journal. Sells, who has been a member of the team for many years, held the position of chief marketing officer for only seven years.
Sells is responsible for managing events, stadium projects, and new commercial prospects in this role. In addition, he handles community relations and government issues.
Lacy Ekert was also appointed chief partnership officer by the team. The most recent position Ekert had was vice president of global relationship development at BSE Global, the NBA team that owns the Brooklyn Nets.
She adds another voice to support in-stadium sponsorship expansion.
