Two little sisters who were shot during the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl triumph parade earlier this week were visited by Patrick Mahomes and his spouse Brittany while they were in the hospital getting better.
In pictures released with DailyMail.com on Friday, the NFL player and his spouse, both 28, are seen posing with Melia, 8, and Madison, 10 Reyes at Children’s Mercy Hospital on Wednesday.
The two girls, who were two of the eleven children injured, are likely to recover fully from bullet wounds to their legs.
Together with their mother Erika Reyes—a cousin of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, the lone victim of Wednesday’s deadly shooting—the siblings had been in the crowd.
