FRISCO – As it turns out, the Dallas Cowboys are not alone in having to deal with “Bro, Bro, Mama Drama.”

After another Super Bowl appearance – but another Super Bowl loss – the San Francisco 49ers find themselves embroiled in Brandon Aiyuk-related controversy that was actually triggered not by a disgruntled Aiyuk himself …

But rather by his disgruntled girlfriend, Rochelle Searight.

And by his disgruntled brother, Draysean Hudson.

Wrote Rochelle on social media, “Happy 49ers travel day of shame. Well, okay, this might’ve been the last day we touch foot on Levi’s Stadium, me and Brandon, because we might not be out here next season.”

Added Hudson: “This is the exact reason why we leaving San Francisco. Thank you 49ers for drafting my brother we are forever grateful. BA to Vegas.”

“BA to Vegas,” we assume, means that Aiyuk’s inner circle wants to be traded to the Raiders. And Ms. Searight? She may not understand that her boyfriend remains under contract with the 49ers.

Aiyuk himself was given the chance to fix the mess, but was noncommittal about a return to San Francisco.

“If that’s the right move,” Aiyuk said on Tuesday of returning to the 49ers, while also posting cryptically on social media, “Don’t forget what got you there.”

What’s that mean? Aiyuk caught just three balls in the Super Bowl loss to the Chiefs. That’s what it means.

Are the 49ers looking to trade Aiyuk before they have to pay him or let him leave in free agency after next season? In the final year of his deal, 2024, he’s set to make $14 million. If the Niners view themselves as a title contender again – and they should – giving away Aiyuk, who at 25 has turned into a star with back-to-back seasons with at least 75 catches, 1,000 yards and seven touchdowns, seems idiotic.

Almost certainly, what Aiyuk wants more than a trade is a monster contract. But the 49ers – who have another weird mess on their hands with lineman Feliciano beefing with Eagles rookie Jalen Carter in an exchange of murder threats (yes, really) – are now experiencing some of the frustration that boiled over on Cowboys social media when Dak Prescott’s brother, Micah Parsons’ brother and CeeDee Lamb’s mom all expressed their roster-building views.

Tad Prescott said he wished the family could exit Dallas. Terrence Parsons questioned Dak’s contract and the coaches’ play-calling. And Leta Ramirez, CeeDee’s mom, called for the Cowboys to ship Prescott’s “a**” out of town.

Lamb has since mopped up his mom’s mess, and Parsons has largely done the same. … and now the 49ers have to deal with some of the same, all made more riotous when the family member creates the impression that he/she is part of the locker-room foundation.
