The Florida Gators are back at it again on Thursday, as more prospects will be hitting Gainesville to spend some time on campus. The Gators have practice that day, so seeing all the preparation that goes into the day will be the key thing to show off. Many of the visitors on Thursday will be in town for multiple days, so it will be a good chance for the coaching staff to make a strong impression. The headline of the group expected in town that day is Greensboro (GA) Greene County Top100 defensive lineman Kevin Wynn. The Gators extended an offer this past October, but have yet to host him on campus. At the time it was former assistant Sean Spencer, but he’s no longer with the program. Since arriving to the staff this offseason, new defensive line coach Gerald Chatman quickly zeroed in on Wynn as a target. This is a big visit for the Gators, as he heads to town knowing little about the program overall, so much of the Gators trajectory will likely hinge on the impression made. Wynn has been to Florida State, Georgia, and South Carolina so far this spring, and the Bulldogs and Seminoles are two program that are probably the ones to keep the closest eye on at this point. Those are the two teams have official visits set for the summer with Georgia set for the weekend of May 31 and Florida State for the weekend June 21. He has a top 10 of South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, FSU, Tennessee, Alabama, NC State, USC, LSU and Michigan.
