2023-24 college football transfer portal tracker: Georgia lands replacement for Bowers

Transfer season is in full swing in college football.

The transfer portal window officially opened on Dec. 4.

Which players are on the move this offseason, and which have already found a new home?

Let’s take a look at the stars and standouts who are testing the waters and transferring.

Yurosek, one of the top tight ends in the portal, is heading to Athens to play for Kirby Smart’s Bulldogs.

Over the last three years as a starter for the Cardinal, Yurosek tallied 108 receptions for 1,342 yards. He figures to slip into Georgia’s starting lineup in place of superstar Brock Bowers, who is heading to the NFL.

Former Washington CB Jabbar Muhammad commits to Oregon

Muhammad is transferring to one of Washington’s chief rivals, announcing he’s heading to Oregon.

Muhammad had a standout year in Seattle after transferring from Oklahoma State, recording 46 total tackles, 20 passes defensed and three interceptions as Washington’s No. 1 cornerback and helping the Huskies to the College Football Playoff championship game. The second-team All-Pac-12 honoree is the highest-profile player to depart via the transfer portal after Washington head coach DeBoer left for Alabama on Jan. 12.

Former Mississippi State, Washington QB Will Rogers 

Rogers, who committed to Washington out of the portal but re-entered it after head coach Kalen DeBoer left for Alabama, has reportedly withdrawn from the portal and will stay with the Huskies. ESPN reported that Rogers told new head coach Jedd Fisch of his decision on Tuesday and has resumed taking classes at the school.

Rogers played his first four seasons at Mississippi State and ranks No. 2 overall on the SEC’s all-time passer list with 12,315 yards. He committed to Washington in December and was with the team during their run in the College Football Playoff. He has one year of eligibility remaining.
