Agot Makeer, a 6-foot-2 guard from Montverde Academy in Florida, is ranked as the No. 4 overall recruit in her class. Averaging 24.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 3.1 steals, and 1.4 blocks per game during her senior year, McDowell has proven herself as a dynamic scorer and all-around player. Her accolades, including being named a McDonald’s All-American, highlight her elite status in high school basketball. McDowell’s commitment adds to an already impressive list of recruits who have chosen South Carolina as their destination.
