    Miami Heat forward Kevin Love was a late addition to the injury for Wednesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

    VITALS: The Heat and Cavaliers meet for the first of three matchups this season. Last season, the teams split the season series, 2-2. The Heat are 76-50 all-time versus Cleveland during the regular season, including 49-15 in home games and 27-35 in road games. For the Heat, Bam Adebayo (hip) is probable and Kevin Love (personal reasons), Tyler Herro (ankle), Jamal Cain ( G League) and RJ Hampton (G League), Cole Swider (Two-Way) and Nikola Jovic (G League) are out. For the Cavs, Emoni Bates (G League), Caris LeVert (knee), Donovan Mitchell (hamstring), Isaac Okoro (knee), Ricky Rubio (Not with team) are out.

    Heat coach Erik Spoelstra on the second unit: “The great thing about that group is they have great intentions. They want to produce for the team and they know how important they are. That group is a major X-factor for us. It just feels different from last year.”
