Iamaleava is planning to make a summer decision and UCLA and Nebraska are the front runners at the moment.

Downey, California Madden Iamaleava, the quarterback for Warren, is now considering several universities and will make a decision in the summer.

Iamaleava, who is presently ranked as the No. 164 player nationwide in the Top247, is one of the best quarterback prospects in the country.

He’s been observing him for a while, and his game is getting better and better. He is just beginning to play at the level we believe he will as he gets more game experience. He possesses a well-rounded game due to his size, arm skill, athleticism, and toughness.

Iamaleava just paid UCLA a visit, and the Bruins are currently enjoying success in terms of recruitment.

Iamaleava remarked, “Being around the new staff was great.” “Coach Bieniemy is a brainiac who genuinely knows what he’s talking about, and I finally got to meet him.

He stepped up on the board and showed us a few things, including some NFL plays, and his history is really impressive. He’s been around the greatest, including (Patrick) Mahomes, and I believe that says volumes.

Iamaleava stated that he is impressed with the personnel UCLA is developing.

“Coach Foster is putting together an NFL level staff,” Iamaleava said. “Coach (Ted) White, the QB coach, he played the position and was in the NFL for a long time.

“The biggest thing coach Foster talked about was development. He wants UCLA to get back to where they used to be and I really like what they’re doing right now.”

Iamaleava said UCLA is currently one of his front runners and a school he has always liked.

“Growing up, I was more of a UCLA guy than a USC guy,” Iamaleava said. “I wanted to be different and I liked the colors too. I really want to be developed and that was something coach Bieniemy talked a lot about.

“He said when it comes to quarterbacks, you either have it or you don’t. It’s a hard position, he broke down what you have to do to be successful at that level. You have to know everything, from the line play to what the running backs are doing. You have to be elite and I think  I can do it.”

Along with UCLA, Nebraska is also high on his list.
