Breaking news :LSU superstar Angel Reese drops 19 points and nine rebounds in return…..

After a mysterious four-game absence due to “locker room issues,” LSU superstar Angel Reese has returned to the starting lineup in the team’s 64-82 victory over Virginia Tech with 19 points and nine rebounds.

The forward, who is 21 years old and goes by the nickname “Bayou Barbie,” also had two assists in Tigers coach Kim Mulkey’s 700th victory. After the game on Thursday night, the two were seen hugging for a long time.

Mulkey has so far refused to discuss the specifics of Reese’s two-week absence prior to her historic victory.

Reese’s rebound could never have come at a superior time for LSU (8-1), which barely outlived Virginia in the Cayman Islands on Saturday without its No. 10, and fellow power forward Sa’Myah Smith, who suffered a knee injury last Friday during the team’s victory over Niagara and was forced to withdraw from the season.

Reese and forward Aneesah Morrow assisted LSU with controlling the paint and cutoff the creation of Virginia Tech star focus Elizabeth Kitley in a rematch of a Last Four game in last season’s NCAA Competition. After that, LSU won the national championship.

Morrow had 19 focuses, 15 bounce back, two blocks and three takes, and LSU outrebounded Virginia Tech 43-29. Flau’Jae Johnson scored 13 focuses for the Tigers, who’ve won eight straight since dropping their season opener.

Virginia Tech (5-2), which led by double digits for much of the second half, was led by Georgia Amoore, who scored 25 points. Kitley had 16 focuses and 11 bounce back prior to fouling out in the final quarter.

This offseason, LSU added two high-profile moves – Morrow from DePaul and Hailey Van Lith from Louisville – alongside Williams, a sought after enlist. After a slow start, the Tigers won the ACC/SEC Challenge rematch with the Hokies more decisively.

LSU watched out of synchronize early and Tech made use, going up by upwards of nine moment that Matilda Ekh hit a 3 to make it 18-9.

However, a 9-0 LSU run that began with a basket by Morrow late in the opening quarter was capped by a layup by Reese, which tied the game at 20.

The Tigers drove by upwards of eight in the subsequent period. Williams made it 35-27 preceding Kitley’s free tosses made it 35-29 at halftime.

The LSU Tigers’ next game is on December 10 at home against Louisiana-Lafayette.
