Dan Hurley, head coach of the UConn Huskies men’s basketball team, has led his squad to remarkable success, culminating in consecutive NCAA national championships in 2023 and 2024. The 2023–24 season saw the Huskies continue their dominance. They secured a school-record 37 wins, clinched both the Big East regular-season and tournament titles, and earned the program’s first-ever #1 overall seed in the NCAA tournament. Their tournament run was historic, with each victory achieved by at least a 14-point margin, culminating in a 75–60 triumph over Purdue in the national championship game.
