Florida’s Orange Park The coaching staff of the Florida Gators has extended an offer to Kaylib Singleton, a three-star defensive back from Fleming Island. When Corey Raymond was coaching the Gators last season, UF made him an offer at first. However, after Will Harris was brought on board, the new Florida assistant made sure Singleton remained a player he was interested in in the 2025 cycle.

Throughout his recruitment, Singleton has made a few trips to Florida, including a visit for Junior Day earlier this year. He’s trying to return to Florida in the spring, but he hasn’t decided on a specific date just yet. He does, however, inform Swamp247 that he has an official visit scheduled with the Gators, and the trip is scheduled for the weekend of May 31–June 2.
The Gators moved up two positions to check in at No. 6 in the most recent D1Baseball poll after defeating Texas A&M in a series.
After losing 12-8 to Florida State on Tuesday, Florida finished the week with a 2-2 record. Then, the Gators won two of their three games. TAMU fell from fourth to seventh place with their two defeats in Gainesville.
The Gators hit five home runs in the first game on Friday, two of which came from Jac Caglianone alone. In UF’s 8-6 victory, Cade Kurland, Tyler Shelnut, and Colby Shelton all scored touchdowns.
