- Your Los Angeles Lakers are looking to go streaking this weekend. With a win on Thursday, the Lakers will look for their second consecutive win on Saturday as they go on the road to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves.
However, the Lakers may be without their two superstars, Anthony Davis and LeBron James. According to Lakers insider Jovan Buha, the two stars are listed as questionable for Saturday’s matchup.
- James and Davis played in their win over the Charlotte Hornets. James played only 25 minutes but chimed in 17 points, 11 assists, and four boards while shooting seven for 13 from the field. As for Davis, he led all scorers with 26 points in 26 minutes and snagged eight boards and four blocks.
- Without James and Davis, the Lakers will be heavy underdogs against the number one seed in the Western Conference. As things stand, Minnesota is the favorite at home, with a line of -3.5.I find it hard to see the birthday boy, LeBron James, miss this game. James went off on the road for his birthday last season against the Atlanta Hawks, and he may look to do the same.

I don’t see Davis missing this game as well outside of something drastic. Both of these superstars should be out there, but if they’re not, we’ve got you covered here on AllLakers.com.
