Former Wests Tigers reserve grader Iverson Fuatimau has pleaded guilty to aggravated break and enter and robbery in company, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
Fuatimau, who will be sentenced next week in Campbelltown District Court, played for the Tigers’ feeder club Western Sydney Magpies in the NSW Cup in 2022. He also trained with the NRL squad that same year.
The occupant spotted the men outside and called two friends over before fleeing and leaving them in the house.
The two alleged intruders then carried out an armed robbery and threatened the two victims at gunpoint. Fuatimau wasn’t present in the house during the robbery and instead stayed inside the vehicle.
Both victims were allegedly tied up separately, with one being told that his friend in another room had been murdered and that he was next.
“I’ve just put a bullet through [your friend’s] head. You’re next,” one of the men is alleged to have said
Police say that during the robbery, the men allegedly placed guns to the heads of the victims demanding to know where certain items were. A shot was even fired into a wall, just missing one of the victims.
Valuables such as jewellery, an iPad, mobile phones and a car from one of the victims held at gunpoint were allegedly stolen by the men before they left with the driver, Fuatimau.

The 19-year-old Tavui, who played SG Ball for the Tigers, has been charged with the murder of Dejan “Danny the Serb” Radulovic.
Radulovic was killed on July 29 after he was allegedly shot and stabbed in Balmain following an altercation with two men.
