🚨GOODBYE CRYSTAL PALACE? Star Boy PATHWAYS After Breakthrough Season as Top Clubs Circle in Stunning Transfer Twist! 🦅😱

    adminBy adminJune 13, 2026No Comments3 Mins Read

A number of highly regarded U14 prospects have reportedly taken the unusual step of deregistering from their respective parent clubs, opening the door to potential moves elsewhere and sparking interest across English youth football circles.

The trio in question — Victor Solako Jr., Josh Chigwada and Isaiah Bryan — are all considered promising talents within their age groups, with each having already built impressive youth resumes despite their young age.

Victor Solako Jr. has been part of Crystal Palace’s academy system since the Under-9 level and is widely regarded as one of the club’s standout prospects. His development has been closely monitored for several years, and he made headlines when he became one of the youngest players ever to be offered a scholarship at just 13 years old. His progression has been steady, with coaches praising both his technical ability and maturity beyond his years.

Josh Chigwada, meanwhile, has spent the last eight years at Everton, where he has progressed through the academy ranks at Finch Farm. Known for his consistency and adaptability, he recently achieved another milestone when he became one of the youngest players to feature for Everton’s Under-18 side. That appearance marked a significant step forward in his development, underlining the club’s belief in his long-term potential.

Isaiah Bryan has similarly enjoyed a strong pathway at West Bromwich Albion, where he has been part of the system for seven years. Frequently playing above his age group, Bryan has earned a reputation as a competitive and intelligent midfielder. His performances have not gone unnoticed, particularly after being named Player of the Tournament at an international youth competition a couple of years ago, a recognition that further boosted his profile.

The decision to deregister from a parent club is not one taken lightly at this stage of development. In football terms, it effectively ends a player’s official registration with their current academy, allowing them to explore opportunities with other clubs. While it does not guarantee a transfer, it does open the door for discussions, trials and potential moves elsewhere.

Such moves at youth level are becoming increasingly common, particularly as players and families look to map out long-term development pathways. Clubs, too, are often prepared for such situations, knowing that elite youth prospects can attract interest from across the country.

For Crystal Palace, Everton and West Bromwich Albion, the situation will be closely monitored. Losing players of this calibre at youth level is always a concern, particularly given the investment made in their development over several years.

At the same time, the players involved now enter a critical phase of decision-making in their young careers. With interest expected from multiple academies, their next steps could shape the direction of their futures in professional football.

For now, the situation remains fluid, but it is already being viewed as one to watch closely within academy football circles.
