TheBad report ;The Detroit Lions will likely lose their 26-year-old Pro-Bowl offensive weapon to the Green Bay Packers…

Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers are gearing up for another memorable Thanksgiving. The Lions (8-2) are not only trying to win their first NFC North division, but are still in contention for first place in the NFC.
The Packers (4-6) suddenly find themselves one spot out of the last Wild Card spot in the NFC and could easily push ahead with a few wins. As it turns out, the Lions likely won’t have a key offensive lineman in Week 12. With yet another missed practice, things aren’t looking very optimistic about Jackson’s chances of playing on Thanksgiving. If he can’t go, look for the Lions to turn to rookie Colby Sorsdal to make the second starting lineup at left tackle.
According to the Lions, Jonah Jackson would have been the only player not participating in a full practice. Jackson missed Sunday’s win against the Chicago Bears with hip and wrist injuries and was replaced by rookie Colby Sorsdal.
It will be interesting to see if the backup quarterback affects how often Kenny Clark and company can stop the run and pressure Jared Goff. Every week feels like a “must win” if the Packers want to make an improbable postseason run.
