News Report: wast Ham ownership finally sack David Moyes After a séries of misconduct…..

Angry West Ham fans bombarded David Moyes with a chant after his latest Divin Mubama snub and are proved right in the Burnley comeback.

Basement side Burnley couldn’t buy a win for love nor money since their return to the Premier League.

And fans of perennial gift horse West Ham know what that usually means.

Burnley were distinctly average at best with little threat. But the Hammers – as they so often do under David Moyes – sat off and treated them with far too much respect.

The travelling Hammers once again packed out the away end. But most were furious when Moyes elected to start the hapless Danny Ings when Jarrod Bowen failed a fitness test.

Ings has been a disastrous signing, offering nothing whenever he has been given a chance.

Yet he started ahead of exciting young striker Divin Mubama.

Reports have abound that Mubama is refusing to sign a new deal at West Ham having grown frustrated with his lack of opportunities under Moyes.

They sent another message to Moyes when the Scot somewhat surprisingly brought Mubama on ahead of Michail Antonio and Ings in the closing stages of the win over Olympiacos before the international break.

We reported earlier that West Ham owner David Sullivan has tried to intervene in the Mubama situation by looking to hold one-to-one talks with the striker. But his agent has refused.

Now angry West Ham fans have bombarded Moyes with a chant after his latest Mubama snub and were proved right in the Burnley draw.

West Ham looked half asleep for much of the game with Ings wandering around with little thrust up front at Turf Moor.

‘Oh Divin Mubama’ was the simple but relentless chant West Ham fans aimed at the manager throughout the game.

It was a clear message to the manager from the fans once again that they want to see their top young talent given chances ahead of an overpaid has-been such as Ings.

West Ham are the academy of football after all.

Moyes finally relented on 62 minutes, bringing off the completely ineffective Ings for the young forward.

It was greeted by the biggest cheer of the day from West Ham fans. In truth it was the only thing they had to cheer about up to that point.

That was about to change, though.

Hammers fans can be difficult at times. But they know their football. And they were proved right when that man Mubama actually showed some desire as got across the near post to turn home Mohammed Kudus’ excellent cut-back.

Moments later, Kudus swung in a marvellous cross from the right which found super Tomas Soucek at the far post and he volleyed home a superb late winner.

Mubama was key in turning things around by making a proper striker’s run to score the equaliser.

A far from vintage performance from West Ham. But proof – if it were needed – that sometimes the FANS do know what they’re talking about.

And they let Moyes know at full-time too – belting out the chant over and over after the final whistle.
