AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has a dilemma to resolve ahead of Sunday’s game against Juventus on the left side of the four-man defence.
As Tuttosport (via MilanNews) reports this morning, the Milan boss will be without Mike Maignan and Theo Hernandez for the crucial clash against Juve at San Siro.
While it is obvious that the French goalkeeper will be replaced by Marco Sportiello, who has already been solid when called upon this season, the left-back position is more of a question mark.
At the moment, the most likely hypothesis is that Alessandro Florenzi will move from his usual position on the right side over to the left, as he did in the win over Hellas Verona.
The former Roma man has also given good impressions at the start of the season and while awaiting Pierre Kalulu’s full return and Davide Bartesaghi’s growth, he remains Pioli’s main option.
